I posted a bussdown before and nikkas just swore it was fake lol. I don’t think yall know too much about watches. I’ve never been into watches that much myself though and don’t like Richard Milles either.

Alot of bussdowns are fake in a sense. Most have parts replaced with aftermarket parts like the bracelet, the bezel, the dial, even the case. Only original part left is the movement and these jewelers have been known to put movements from cheaper/smaller or ladies watches to further stretch their profit margins. If you do find the better made bustdowns you're still drilling aftermarket diamonds in a perfectly good watch and ruining the value.

It defeats the main purpose of wearing a watch because it looks difficult to even tell what time it is just based on those photos.

Me personally, if I had the money (which I will in a year or so), I'd rather cop an Omega Planet Ocean with a NATO strap or a Grand Seiko Spring Drive.

I wound up getting a couple Tudor watches.

Got a Black Bay 58 for a few racks and a 1926 for 2.
