everyone knows yet he still averaged 30 14 and 6 in only 30 minutes a game
Exactly. People must think he’s 33 years old and it’s now or never for him. He’s 25 years old, arguably not even in his prime yet :skip:

Nobody allows these players to grow and mature nowadays (I’m even guilty) before they start casting aspersions and saying what he is and what he’s not. He will have a reliable jumpshot by the time he’s 30 and then we’ll see if the narrative changes.

He's obviously a lot closer to MJ than Pippen. shyt, he's younger than when Bron and MJ won their first title. The answer is obvious, he just needs better personnel around him. Bledsoe is a good regular season PG but he doesn't really adjust well to the playoffs with his BBIQ that's lacking. They need to get him out of the paint and bring in CP3 who would be a perfect fit for Giannis. Next, get rid of Bud, he doesn't make adjustments. I watched every game of his in Atlanta, he's a regular-season superstar, a playoff bum. Bring in someone who is creative offensively and gets a lot out of CP3. I would look at D'Antoni. I am not hyped on Mike's defensive schemes but he showed me in the OKC series that if you give him a defensive coordinator worth a damn, he's not that bad.

Sometimes you don't need a superstar coach. Kerr for prime example is nowhere near as good as Bud but Kerr just knows how to get the most of his offense and his defensive coaches are always really good. Sometimes when you got a superstar who can get extreme attention, you need to be creative to get him shots and quality looks in the playoffs when things become tight. Bud is too rigid which is great in the regular season. He can get the most out of a lot of guys in his system who fit but if you can't make adjustments, you are mad limited in the playoffs. He blamed personnel in Atlanta for this but us fans kept saying this, Woody and LD was making adjustments in the playoffs, Bud wasn't. You don't get the worst beatdown in ECF history by Cleveland without Kyrie and Kevin Love just because the other team got LeBron. It's a lack of adjustments.

The biggest need they got is like Milwaukee had when they had KAJ. They need a PG who can create his own offense and lead the offense. Those Bucks got Oscar Roberson. They need a CP3. They also need to get rid of Bud who's not a championship level coach. People like these Bud types in the RS because of their consistent results but in the playoffs, you need to do a lot more.

They make it sound like Pippen was a bytch or cocksucker there was only one man on the bulls more important a literal God named Jordan but the point stands Giannis doesn’t have the kind of game yet to win in the playoffs and it’s become obvious. Since he caught that growth spurt people have been obsessed with his potential and rate him by it putting him above players that he isn’t better than even now he’s called a two time MVP when he only has two (Lebron should win this year the Lakers were going to catch the Bucks) and also because he’s a big smiling black guy not jaded by being an American the whites love him more. Down the road if he or Embid can’t speak English in a black way we the people will find anyone to be our Black messiah. That is a big reason why Kobe is more loved than Duncan. How can you be a Black man that likes Duncan more there’s no blackness when he talks, he dresses, or when he plays.

Every cotdam inch of GA..except the racist parts
Disclaimer: I don't believe in any way that Giannis ends up on the Dubs, BUT.....

If he does, it shouldn't matter since he's not that good, has no skill and needs to be Robin instead of Batman...

Right???

Something is just not right with this one :pachaha: I know ppl hold player opinion as gospel but there's something weird about a former role player talking "down" to one player by comparing him to another player, when both players are/were significantly better than him. Let the breh grow

He may not be as SKILLED as Scottie but he’s absolutely more dominant and impacts a game more than Scottie. Shaq wasn’t the most skilled player at all, yet he has 4 rings and is considered top 10 all time. Why doesn’t Shaq get compared to lesser players?
Because Shaq had a full, well-accomplished career.

This is why I hate thecoli.com idiotic fans.

He's not, he proved that this year in GS. Bud can coach his ass off and get 25 wins out of garbage. Take a team with bottom 5 talent to the playoffs and always overachieve in the RS. Bud's problem is, he can't make adjustments. Let's be real, if Kerr is coaching the Knicks, he's getting fired in three years. Kerr is great at coaching great teams. Some guys like Bud can coach any team in the RS but due to their rigidness, they can't adjust to playoff Basketball.
