I wonder what she did or said to have it escalate. Not condoning physical violence but let's not pretend like women don't push buttons. Women hate to listen and hate to be told they did anything wrong.

It doesn't look good for Swann but she jumped out a car in the middle of traffic and he was trying to get her back in the car. Something tells me she was acting up too.

People push buttons, breh. That doesn't mean you get to put your hands on them with zero consequences. None of us know who said what to who in regards to the argument but as an adult you know to keep your hands to yourself unless it is in defense of your person, unless you want to go see the judge. She's a grown ass woman. He can't "put her back in the car" if she doesn't want to be there. You're saying she was probably acting up, but ignore the fact that she said she got out of the car because she said he has a temper and didn't want things to escalate into violence. She removed herself from the situation (maybe not in the calmest way but still, she bounced). He followed her and independent witnesses say he forced her back to the car. That's on him and him alone. Trying to blame her for his lack of control and poor decision making is a bad look. The moment he laid his hands on her, he messed up and now he's going to have to deal with the fallout, personally and professionally.
