A witness to the incident told police that Yung was beating on the window trying to get out of the car as it pulled away

In the arrest report, authorities stated that Yung told them she was afraid of Swann "because he has a temper sometimes" and that she was scared their argument would escalate into a physical confrontation. Young stated that she asked Swann to pull the car over so she could leave the vehicle but he refused, so she waited until the car slowed to jump out of the car. She told authorities that she was grabbed by the arm and brought back to the car.

There is absolutely no fukking way he’s not abusive. This sounds fukking crazy. Hope she sees the light soon and gets the fukk outta this relationship.

Charges dropped. She made her choice. I don't know why women are never held accountable for their decisions. If he did what he's accused of she should have held him accountable. When you're not "strong" enough to leave these relationships and refuse to press charges you just embolden the abuser.

Usually the abuser gets off scott free and goes on to resume the pattern of abuse elsewhere and sometimes more violent than before. We can rail against abusers and sexual deviants all we wish but law enforcement is the ultimate decider here and they can't do too much if the abused is non-coop. Yes they can press on with charges on their own but the victim's testimony is usually the smoking gun. People have to get beyond the "nobody will believe me" excuse, especially in THIS climate. Someone else's life can be saved if one victim speaks up.
