Jay popped up in Rich's reviews every so often (especially during his hiatus because of his daughter). Seems like Rich was jealous that Jay actually had GASP a personality, while Rich trying to pass off his shytty beats to Rome Streetz.

I guess the the guy asked for a raise because Rich wanted him to start doing more work, basically watching the streams and editing content out of them. Rich fired him for asking, then publicly called dude a leech and said dude was complaining to him privately about being broke but was publicly talking about buying a new gaming PC on Twitter.
Rich's fanbase called him out because apparently Jay was only asking for an extra $500 a month. Plus Jay was the guy holding the channel down when Rich was busy with his daughter, he was that guy doing content for a couple months awhile back if you remember that. Dude was editing the channel for 6 years and was supposedly good friends with Rich for 10.
