fat nikka would stack up on them shyts and never eat them because they ass. I'm sure in his mind he was dieting...
Love them but they are still bad. the sodium content is dangerous and negates any health benefits

Rice cakes only taste like cardboard to people that don't eat healthy. A salad probably tastes like glass to themyeah because it's about as appetizing as eating cardboard.

Both have more calories than a rice cake. Half an apple is 60 calories, a banana is 105 calories. Nuts have a lot of calories if you eat enough of them.They taste like nothing.... the perfect snack

Last time I ever had a rice cake or anything was like 20 years ago and they were the stereotypical flavorless discs. I'm not really interested in trying caramel and cheddar or pretty much any of those quaker oats brand. I'm pretty sure that's what I had years ago that I was like
