Try it. I've seen people recommend that and if you're going to workout in the morning to eat some carbs the meal before you actually start the fast. Intermittent fasting has me feeling so energetic throughout the morning and day and on top of that it's less stress on the morning. Just get up and go.Can't do it, I workout in the morning.

At most I'll eat a small snack that is mostly carbohydrates(Complex ones) and a little protein so a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 bread or something else with some peanut butter or maybe just a banana and PB.I can't fathom working out on an empty stomach.
