Media: Called him a running QB.
White counterparts?
Both Christian Ponder and Jake locker are better athletes than Mcnabb(both posted better athletic numbers than mcnabb in combine). But nobody in the media called them running Qbs. Shiiittt Locker was gonna be #1 draft pick if he didn't choose to stay.

2. RG3
Media: Called him Mike Vick mach 2. Said he had to improve his accuracy(just like Vick). When his numbers dwarfs Vick's college stats by a mile. he's never had accuracy issues.
Player A: 304/454 (67%) 3501yards 22td 8int
Player B: 87/161 (54%) 1234yards 8td 6int
Sophomore stats. Guess which one is vick, and which one is Griffin


3. Newton
The only reason why the media is getting on him right now is because they all predicted before the draft that Cam newton wasn't worth the 1st overall pick and that he'd be a bust. SHIIIITTTT...they put a considerable amount of time into building Blane Gabbert as #1 pick over Newton.
What happened?
Newton came out the gates firing. So these niccas had to sit back and bide their time until he slipped so they can pounce. Which bring us to this year. Cam hasn't had a bad season, just that it is not as great as last year. But the media dont care mane...
Cam's demeanor has always been like this(even in college) but the media ignore that and try to act its something new.

4. Black QBs
Name me one black QB that hasn't been called a running QB. Shiitt I heard people on ESPN say Garrard, Byron Leftwich and Freeman were threats running the football.



Warren Moon was right into calling the media Lazy for its racial comparisons. But niccas chose to ignore that. They deliberately misinterpreted what he said and declare that he was calling them racist for their criticism of Cam newton.

They shouldn't be compared to each other. Cam is more comparable to Big Ben while RG should be put head to head versus the Rodgers and Youngs and Elways because their similiar size and mobility.

if you look at their combine numbers, they are. Both dudes tested as at least as fast, more agile, change speeds quicker, and jump higher than McNabb. The differences are significant too, and this is when McNabb was a lot slimmer.


Locker is one of the best athletes at the QB position. In fact if Locker was black, he would be the more stereotypical black qb over RG3 and Cam.
