Also the fact that he had Vince to check his bullshyt in WWE. Dixie and TNT/TBS let this dude have too much power.History basically shows that he got lucky. He did have some good ideas but look at his WCW & TNA runs and ask yourself if he was a genius.
The problem now is that no one will check Vince's bullshyt. I think the reason they worked so well together was because they had nothing to lose. WCW was the king and the WWE was facing bankruptcy, Russo himself doesn't even take all the credit for the success. He said plenty of times that SCSA & Rock deserve the credit for their success.Also the fact that he had Vince to check his bullshyt in WWE. Dixie and TNT/TBS let this dude have too much power.
