Guilmo Del Toro is lowkey trash/mid director.....People rock with him cause of Pan's Labyrinth....they hope he can recreate that magic. He is a better critic then director imo.

There’s only a few of those that have replay value and/or great. More than half are forgettable.

Crash aged horribly. I enjoyed it when it dropped, but tried watching it some years back. Couldn’t make it to the end.

Another thing about Slumdog Millionaire it was this close to being a direct to DVD, so it benefited from that narrative with the academy
