4/5
Mark Whalberg > Shia Lebouf
The fighting scenes were longer and more clear than the previous Transformers (which I also liked)
What I mean by that is that in the previous Transformers you would just see some explosions and then someones head falling off (unless they slowed it down but even then it was hard to make clear exactly). In this movie even in the faster paced fights (which were WAY longer than the previous transformers movies, which was my only issue with them really is that I wished the actual fight scenes were longer) you can see everything clear... I was :gladbron: the entire time

seemed a lot more ...gritty ? I guess is the word ? (they actually said fukk in it, seemed like more blood out of the transformers...People dying left and right :ohlawd: )

and the whole reason the movie gets a real good score from me.... We FINALLY after 4 LONG ASS FILMS see Optimus Prime BEAST through out the whole movie.. (even though they made bumble bee look like a bytch the whole movie until the the last fight scene)

I felt like in the previous movies, he would get punked the entire movie until the very end where he pulled out the W.. this movie he was just on some fukk you, fukk them, fukk every one that aint an auto bot , ima kill some mafukkas and go home type shyt , and that shyt was amazing :ohlawd:
wish we saw more of megatron/galvatron :yeshrug: but I know they had to really save that for the next movie

the only down fall to me was that decepticons had no real known names EXCEPT Galvatron so it wasnt like you would hear starscream or soundwave or some shyt, felt kinda empty in that regard.

but Optimus Prime was beasting the whole movie :ohlawd: finally :ohlawd:

edit: not gonna lie I was really expecting a Tyrese cameo :yeshrug:
i give it a 4....as far as the series goes its the best action wise and its not even close (so much bot on bot mayhem in this shyt :whew:)...the way galvatron and those new bots were able to transform :wow: and lockdown was a super dope villain (the way he came down to fight optimus was the definition of swag :banderas:)....it'll most definitely be added to the collection cuz that shyt was beautiful to look at :krs:...bay da visual gawd :blessed:

This.....

Eh, it was cool to me it was too long tho.....

1. Hound was my nikka! glad they had John Goodman voicing him had me cracking up thru the movie along with Crosshair, Bumblebee and Marky Marks character.

2. Lockdown = Boba Fett

3. Optimus Prime...... that nikka was on some O'Dog shyt against the humans

4. I think the next movie is gonna be on some Transformer: ROTF bullshyt story-wise the way this one ended

5. The action didn't really wow me it was good but no memorial moments like the previous TF movies, it was more destruction than action.

6. Lack of big name Decepticons I can't put Lockdown in that group because of #2 of my list.

7. The Dinobots were huge as shyt! I wish they mad them talk but hopefully they will make a return in the next movie with speaking abilities the banter they had in the OG cartoon made for some funny moments.

Story-wise: 1 > 4 > 3 > 2
Action-wise: 3 > 2 > 4 > 1

Its a damn shame that none of Bay movies anywhere near seeing the GOAT :banderas:

It's crazy to think ...given the age and the animation that this is light years ahead of all four 8 figure budget movies

the original takes a fat dump on the entire series

its the best one since the first, the action was crazy and much more robot focused than the others.

No shia lefakkit :blessed:

it was too long tho and i started getting tired near the end...

of course it was full of cheesy one liners and the product placement was so obvious it was funny( The bud light part)

Human interaction was stupid as usual for this series but marly mark>>>>>>>>>>>> lefakkit

Lockdown :wow:

overall i a 4/5 on here if were comparing this to the other films, and i agree with another poster I'm glad they made optimus gully in this film instead of getting punked till the last second as usual.

Brehs did y'all realize what they were saying in the end tho:wow: the next movie might not have ANY humans :banderas:

movie was awful.

Way too long. Corny shyt with Wahlberg playing the protective dad got annoying.

I fell asleep when they first board that ship to save optimus and woke up when they were in china. It was too much

One of my favorites of all time and showed it to some young bucks a week ago....needless to say they were glued to the screen. Nonstop action and death throughout the entire film plus that soundtrack. :banderas:

"Megatron must be stopped...no matter the cost."

Still contemplating whether I should take my son to see this or not.

He's only 6, but he's a tough lil critic. After we saw the last Thor flick, he turned to me while the credits were rolling like "Dad.....I never wanna see another Thor movie again:merchant:"

He was neutral on The Amazing Spiderman 2 and Xmen DOFP.

Captain America 2 was the only movie that made him:gladbron:.He actually wanted to go see it again.

If it's as long as people say it is, we might both be up in that bytch taking a nap
