anyone find it interesting that our nose tackles combined have played 10 snaps between the two games ?
were basically playing all games in nickel, with two dlinemen 4 lbs and 5 DBs
and will STILL shyt on your run game

Honestly, i`m getting that feeling now.
These games don't mean as much to me, like when we sucked I was super hyped for every Sunday, now it's just business as usual.
I`m pacing myself for January, god willing we get there.

definitely.
I think fangio, like all of us, thought secondary was weaker than front 7 so he decided to see what happens if he boost it on permanent basis by taking out most non-pass rush oriented player who is also the weakest out of front 7 (and thats no slight to sop, its just the other guys are pro bowl caliber players for most part)
thats also the reason we see carlos do a corner blitz a few times already.

yea aldon has been really dodging bullets....
also with that old ass lb getting a suspension we basically have no depth at OLB at all god forbid something happens to starters...shyt might have to start justin smith at olb
defensive players also barely getting any subs besides the DBs, so injuries and endurance could be a big concern down the road

Funny thing is I never saw the secondary as a weakness, with Culliver maturing and Cox signing, I thought it would be a much improved group. Especially when I heard reports that T Brown was playing like the best corner in camp.
Can't wait to throw the Vikes in the bushes....

You`d see us go to the 4-3 if anyone got hurt probably or maybe give Grant or Gooden a shot outside or move one of the beasts outside and keep one inside

Nah, i`m just saying I don't think every last one of us saw the secondary as a weakness.
When you say all of us, that's kinda speaking for other people.
I think a lot of fans noticed the secondary let up a lot of yards because teams threw the ball a bunch of times because they couldn't run. Giants & NO threw a combined about 120 times in two games, and yeah they put up the yards, but their ypa was not that impressive.
