Can't really blame the coaching staff since Akers missed a gimme, but I feel like we went conservative as fukk on the last few drives. Ah well, I still think we can be just as efficient with Colin. Of course, he will get shut down against top tier defenses, but that has always been the case.

considering the circumstances, i thought kaep did aight today. he's very high risk/high reward right now. he started off a little slow but picked it up in the 2nd half. he looked shaky in the pocket and put the ball on the ground a couple times but he made some pretty good plays with his arm and legs. he showed flashes of what he can be. just needs some experience.
i wouldn't expect much out of him if he has to start next week against the bears D tho.

9ers shoulda loss in OT if fisher wasnt a dumbass and called a timeout so we wouldnt get a 5 yard penalty we won the game twice in OT

just back after watching 2nd half+OT...dont know what to say 
its easy to blame akers here but Id look at our defense. at home, a pathetic performance really.
every time we brought blitz, bradford threw outside and their wrs beat ours...culliver and rogers had horrible games.
the front 7 had hands full of sjax most of the first half and then some. d had one stop to make in the end of regulation and they couldnt. they got pretty lucky on the illegal formation call in OT cuz amendola schooled rogers...
overall not the worst result but Im genuinely scared of bears next week at this point.
oh and also-colin is indecisive as HELL. make the decision and stick with it breh. this aint college, u aint have all day. if u gotta run- run earlier.

I`m not even upset by this, once Smith went out I thought this was a very good chance of being an L, especially down 17-7.
Kaepernick stepped up, but I really hope to God Smith is back for the Bears game, most of the plays Kaep made were scrambles.
