I'm sure someone has said this in another thread.
But for most job postings posted online.. the position is already filled with someone they have in mind that already works within the company. I've seen this happen at my current company. They already know who they are going to hire before they even make the job posting.
This definitely applies in corporate and higher level positions such as managers etc.
Temp agencies that do almost nothing to find employees, provide you with little to no benefits, no sick time, vacation time etc.. make a shyt ton of money off you.
Let's say you are getting paid $10 an hour by a temp agency, the company that hired them is paying them $15-20 an hour and what did they do? Give you a shytty job when you called and went to the temp agency?
