I'm sure someone has said this in another thread.

But for most job postings posted online.. the position is already filled with someone they have in mind that already works within the company. I've seen this happen at my current company. They already know who they are going to hire before they even make the job posting.

This definitely applies in corporate and higher level positions such as managers etc.

Temp agencies that do almost nothing to find employees, provide you with little to no benefits, no sick time, vacation time etc.. make a shyt ton of money off you.

Let's say you are getting paid $10 an hour by a temp agency, the company that hired them is paying them $15-20 an hour and what did they do? Give you a shytty job when you called and went to the temp agency?

Yep, I've also heard that if someone is drunk and demands more drinks a bartender will serve them drinks with no alcohol in them.

Golden age trick; rim the glasses with cheap vodka, or dip the straw in it....serve a very light drink with mostly water and ice.....they think its "stronger".

I was personally responsible for a lot of the fukkery that occurred at Countrywide Home Loans back from 2005 - 2008.

As in, I was the guy, at the computer, typing the things, making the bad loans get through our own checks and balances, because we were greedy fukks.

Worked at a car repair shop. The lies they will fkn tell you about your car to get money out of you knows no ends. Glad I quit that place, lying to fixed income old ladies and making them finance car repairs with an 88% EIGHTY EIGHT percent interest rate was soul less. People would have cars just fine and all of a sudden needed a brake job etc.

Not really much of a surprise. That's always been a common practice by machines they fix one thing on your car and purposely tear something else up on it to get you keep coming back in.

This is why I'm glad I'm at a place in life where I'm glad I can afford to just go to the dealer. Let them fix everything on regularly scheduled maintenance and keep it moving. At least you know they're doing it by the book even if it cost an arm and leg.

I worked retail in college...was the night warehouse manager and had my own department...because my area made money, I got leeway to do whatever the hell i wanted and was left alone. I touched essentially everything that came into the store and had all my stuff boxed up that wasn't ready to go out on the floor for whatever reason. It was to the point where if I saw something, I knew exactly where I had it in the back.
Trust me when I tell you, we have it in the back :lolbron::lolbron::lolbron:

Motherfukkers would ask me all the time to go find something that had sold out on the shelves but, I hadn't gotten around to restocking yet. If I didnt like who was asking, I lied my ass off :mjlol:but, if they were cool, I didn't mind digging through the boxes I had put everything in. Then I'd usually put it out properly afterwards. All them nikkas be lying to yall breh.

Feel sorry for you if you have family members taking Medicare/Medicaid funded paratransit rides to their appointments. Drivers be drunk and high like a muthafukka. Snortin lines in the parking lot, smoking big blunts, drinking tall cans between pickups out of sight of the camera. All kinds of shyt. If the country knew who was picking up grandma and grandma there just might be a riot.

I feel sorry for all the nikkas who get sick in this country and need major surgery. When I worked for a big healthcare insurance company I saw people fukked up out here. You end up going to the wrong doctor out of network, you about to get raped by your insurance. You end up having (every service hospitals bill you for is a line item that gets graded basically for if insurance companies will pay out or not) a code that's experimental and declared not necessary, you about to get raped breh. You end up having insurance that lapsed but, a month later you break your foot or if you lose your employer provided insurance while you're sick, you about to get raped breh. I saw it all. Motherfukkas were $100,000 in debt from hospital bills.

I used to work at 911 Dispatch

About 25% to 50% of active duty officers are chilling at their house, a side pieces house, homies house, sleeping in the car in a secluded spot, etc.

Those cops are not truly patrolling the streets, ESPECIALLY in cities with very low crime.

They also have special repair shops that they chill at, get shyt fixed. Nondescript buildings like the old GTA chop shops.

A lot of cops get into the profession because they are thrill seekers. Fact. Also because they were bullied. Fact. Also because they power trip. Fact.

The LEIN system is accessible by many law enforcement employees. The computers log who looks at what info and at what time but employees use that shyt all the time to look up peoples personal info illegally.

as a finance nerd the GOATS are
  1. The Big Short [most realistic, only #3 is closer]
  2. Wolf of Wallstreet
  3. MARGIN CALL
  4. Wall Street
  5. Boiler Room
    bonus:
  6. Las Ninas Bien - 2018 movie in spanish that takes place during the banking collapse in Mexico. It really isn't about the industry, but it is about mexican aristocracy and these super rich woman losing their wealth and not even knowing a life without it. Saw it at a film festival and i enjoyed it. You never see films about wealthy mexico. It was great.

I gotta watch Boiler Room at least once or twice a year.

The soundtrack... :whew:

You really did dodge some shyt.

At the time, we were selling the shyt out of some bullshyt Pay-Option ARM.

It was basically a negative-amortization product if you weren't financially savvy. :snoop:

I think at one point, something like 50% of our FSL (Full Spectrum Lending aka Subprime) loans were that Pay-Option ARM.

I won't lie tho... those fukked up loans paid a LOT of bills for me over the years. :lolbron:

This thread just confirms if you set over ambitious targets, pay by results or give employees the wrong incentives they just cook the books and game the system :pachaha:
