nah from what i've read the ref's aren't appointed by the UFC but by the sporting commission, all the refs have always been involved in most MMA promotions.

It will be interesting. Cejudo throws a lot of volume and of course has the wrestling on lock. DJ will win just based on speed, cardio, and experience tho. This is kind of like Canelo/Mayweather where if Canelo has a few more years he might have won
