Which one should i order and why does amazon have some many different companies with these products

The $140 RG351M features the same hardware specs as the RG351P but adds a built-in Wi-Fi module. ANBERNIC recently launched its latest RG351M handheld gaming console successor to the famous RG351P. The new RG351M comes with the same hardware specifications as the RG351P but with the addition of a built-in Wi-Fi module.

So it is the same hardware just a wifi module...

I just need this for the train..if i need to do updates i just do it on my laptop correct??
