Shut up, ho. This is why you and your punk ass kids won't ever achieve shyt. Hustling backwards having them work for pennies at a job that won't set them up for shyt with your dumb ass.

Broke bytches like you don't get women anyway, so you won't have kids that will be begging me for change one day any fukkin way, otherwise I'd advise you to stab yourself in the dikk and save us all some trouble.

Oh.... you’re a white troll..... your bullshyt makes sense now.... :pachaha:

Fast food work was a livable wage at one point.... probably 78 to 89.... at least in the south

nah. Working in a Restaurant sure/maybe but Micky Ds @ less than 40 hours a week Part Time? Nah.

Plant Jobs, Factories, Banks, Call Centers, admin assistant, hotels were much of the go to work for people without degrees in 2 income homes.

Why are you throwing that caveat in there for fast food and not applying it to the other gigs? What I posted was for full time employment

probably because nobody gets 40 hours a week unless you’re being positioned for management or there’s a staffing shortage.

in today’s time.... I guess.... but people got 40 hours in that industry back then, hell overtime too. If they worked full time would that be enough to live off of? Those companies are just scamming the system since half of their workers will be on some type of social assistance to compensate for the lack of hours and low pay.

this doesn’t get enough attention

And I honestly don’t know how it was back in the 70’s/80’s. That less than 40 hours so you don’t have to pay benefits probably started during Reagan.

Its ludicrous. We see mega corporations cutting benefits, cutting wages, lowering hours for workers, but then tell you if a union is formed wages and benefits will be cut and life would be harder for the employee:dwillhuh:

Look at all the jobs that still have unions: Teaching, firefighting, police, grocery stores, etc. Have people researched the benefit packages these union people get?
People act like they'll be worse off having people represent their best interest because they let propaganda influence them:gucci:

I went to Wharton Undergrad and was absolutely appalled when I took a class that was shytting on unions.

As someone who was raised by a single mother who was a teacher, it was eye opening.
