I've never been able to do the bark right but everytime I walk passed a yard with a dog I do the X growl and most of the dogs usually bark back lol

I saw DMX live on 3 occasions. First time when they shot the video to Get At Me Dog at The Tunnel. 2nd time at the Survival Of The Illest tour at the Apollo. 3rd and final time at Summer Jam 20 years ago. That energy of seeing X perform live during his prime years can never be duplicated. I’m glad I was able to witness that.
I saw him live for the first time in 2017... it was on my bucket list... its something that always escaped me when I was younger at at one point I made it my business to see DMX and bone thugs live in concert before I die... saw bone thugs twice (met flesh n bone both times and he signed my hat)
X was still godly in 2017... obviously not 98-01 DMX but the performance was A1... the random tangents and words of wisdom he would break into between songs..dropping down to do 50 pushups in a row then popping back up to yell "where's the fukkin hood at?!?" The prayer at the end... shyt was an experience that ill never forget. Especially since I was going through some shyt at the time. 2017-2019 was one of the lowest points in my life and seeing X really helped me out at the time
Was just singing this.. one of the first things I did when I got on the internet is find all the old/unreleased DMX songs... always been just as if not more into his pre def jam music
Was super excited when the full video was finally released for up to no good.

Dude was insane... the first verse of this song he re used in the song on the ruff ryders album ryde or die 4 years later.. X re used alot of shyt because he felt like he was being over looked and his verses were good enough back then so he didn't want to waste anything...
There's quite a few songs we're X recycles (third verse in get at me dog is originally from a who shot ya freestyle from 94/95)
Make a move from and then there was x was originally a song from 94 rapped it on a different beat in 99
Baby motha from year of the dog again was originally a song he did in 94
There a freestyle from like 96 where X is rapping the lyrics to get it on the floor (which came out in 03)
