Is it even possible to be brain dead and then make a recovery? Does it even happen? What is the odds? Are we talking like 1 in a thousand people could be brain dead and then recover?

Could someone shed some light on this :mjcry:

Yes it's possible. There's actually been some people in a coma on life support for years and then waking up perfectly fine. The odds of them waking up is much lower than them never waking up so most people pull up the plug, instead of waiting around for something that may never happen.

Solely based off our love for X we were hype for that Drag On album.:pachaha:

Mind you I was 9 yrs old when X popped off big time...shyt I think my homie might have had Its Dark and Hell is Hot on cassette...or rather his mom had it.

Love Pac to death

but we only really had Pac for like 5 years before we lost him

We had X for over 20 so this is gonna hit different

:mjcry:

I wrote a piece/post a long ways back about how it felt to me the night Pac died.... like the underdog kept winning despite the odds, no matter how much the world was against him. And hate him or love him... that night the underdog lost. (no pun intended in my use of "underdog")

Despite what people see as far as him being successful, X been fighting his own personal fight since before Get At Me Dog even dropped. X versus his own personal hell, put on public display for all of us to see.

For some reason the weight of it all just hit me. I been watching these threads like everybody else. I even typed up some posts and even a response to @spliz going in on DEHH for their views (not defending them, but Myke hates anybody he thinks is "anti-gay" but will say anything but "I don't think he likes gay people", and while they cornered him on it early on, todays climate means they all gonna tuck tail and agree) but I never hit "reply".

Maybe its cause I was listening to Goodie Mob's "Soul Food" album when I came in the thread. I dunno. But it all hit me.

I.... don't want this to be another case where the underdog loses his lifelong fight in the end. :mjcry:

yeah, everybody just sorta :yeshrug: when he got shot. Hell, I didnt even pay half attention to how serious it was. I mean.... Pac got shot. It's like someone running up to you like ":gladbron: Hey, breh! You hear the Chiefs lost today!?"

then he died.

That night, we was chilling in an IHOP. It was quiet as fukk. No cars driving, nobody eating. It was just us and like 2 old people.

It was like... you know. for the better part of a decade, it seemed like this nikka was always fighting an uphill battle with the WORLD. Not like... struggling day to day. We all do that. But literally, the WHOLE fukkING WORLD.

And while there was periods in his career where I didn't care for dude at all, and i know there are people that flat out hated him, we all kinda...

The Perennial Underdog finally went down. The World finally won.

Who wouldn't feel bad about that?

Drag is one the many rappers whos set up was strong only to drop a straight up garbaaaaaage album. Lol

I still remember that Ruff Ryders freestyle.
"How you gon beat ya man with the wiffle bat?
He had to have some wood in that!"

:russ:

Nah.
But Drag will always have a slot in my Vs console off the strength of that joint with Juvenile.
That shyt was HARD!!!

Being in a coma and being brain dead aren't the same thing. The brain goes it's over.

I don't know if we're getting the right info because doctors aren't going to share that but if he's brain dead it's just a matter of the family deciding when to pull the plug.

To clarify being in a coma and being fully brain dead aren't the same. But longest coma was 19 years.
This is true. But the odds of coming out of a coma if you don’t come out pretty soon are very low. I’m sure you know this too.

It’s sad all around.
