Strange timing for this. The guy has been smoking crack for nearly 30 years and we’ve never heard of anything like this happening to him or anything about a previous heart condition

If he was clean for a while and then started smoking again it could throw his body into a state of shock. Your body builds a resistance as well as a dependency when you do something regularly. So if his body was clean for months and he just started up again it could cause havoc on his heart and organs. Either way, its all the way fukked up

He was probably snorting cocaine. With that said X was no longer in good shape and overweight, so it’s not surpassing a heart attack occurred.
