Damn this one of those that would actually hit me on a deeper level - still gonna hope he pull through. Him pouring his soul out doing Slippin during that Versus with Snoop forever gonna be stuck with me.

I wanna make records but I'm fukkin it up, I'm slipping I'm falling I can't get up

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
Me and my wife been sadly anticipating that moment so it won't hurt as bad :mjcry:. Its fukked up but it helped because I would be at this very moment flipping shyt over. X seemed like that relative that kept fukking up but gave so much to the family.

This is beyond celebrity death, its a wake for everybody to realize the gift and the curse of DMX, right now all we can do is pray, but sadly we gotta celebrate dude's life because....yeah:to:
There was a video posted on here in like 2013 (maybe?) of X and his son talking and getting to know one another and then once his son asked him to get clean and stop using drugs, X totally ended the convo. Done. Even said, "I'll see you at my funeral." That's when I knew he would never stop. Sad too, because in 1998, when everyone here in TN was bumping Master P, I was on a DMX kick. Breh blessed us in the late 90's and early 00's. Even his lesser albums had a few bangers and classics on them. shyts frustrating. Addiction is hell. :mjcry:

Right?
People at his level of addiction are really playing with fire by drinking. Weed not as much, but drinking is a slippery slope. When I was in rehab almost all the cats whose drug of choice was cocaine or crack said that drinking is usually what made them fall off the rails the hardest.
It really does cause an avalanche effect if you have other addictions ... even just drinking snowballs into non stop drinking.

God forbid he leaves us but if he does, Nore gonna be fukked up imo ... I remember seeing him saying that he thought he contributed to Puns death by sneaking in KFC to him while he was in food rehab ... now here he is getting DMX wasted on camera..
