I really don't have an issue with the cast.
I think dude from Umbrella Academy in particular will be a good Wesker. I've seen him play douchebag roles before and he's got a talent for it.
However I do have to ask just what the hell is this bullshyt and why would they release it as part of early promo?

These composition shots reminds me of Hellboy remake. Just low budget to all hell.
Which is weird, because Resident Evil Movie is a $1.2 billion dollar franchise. They could at least put money in this shyt. Bet the budget doesn't go past $50 million and the film will be PG-13.
