i feel like we got a bit of a FF7 Remake ending here. Since wesker didn’t get the las plagas amber, it means part 5 would theoretically change. I’m thinking capcom might remake part 5 entirely, like an actual reboot

I really think the best move is just remake the entirety of Wesker main game roles in RE1, CV, and 5. Completely modernized Wesker. Doing 1 and 5 just doesn't feel like enough. There has to be something in the middle. Wesker really need to give Chris and Claire some real Ls if they do CV. CV really should be the Rise of the Empire moment for Wesker


But I do see the end goal being that the remake series will bridge to the reboot continuity.

if they can somehow bridge 5-6 (maybe jsut complete throw them in the bushes at this point) to the new games it would be for the best. What if Resident Evil 9 is a prequel to 7? Especially since it seems like Shadows of Rose was so far in the future already.
