yup, Outbreak had a lot going for it at the time. It changed many of the core Resident Evil aspects, including the movement (3D movement instead of solely relying on tank controls, Melee mechanics + Moving while aiming similar to Dino Crisis [Outbreak File 2]).

Unfortunately, RE4's development kinda fukked outbreak over on several occasions. Plus the whole networking landscape of the time kinda limited it
