That hardcore was normal mode back in the day.
Shieeeet I remember playing RE1 without a memory card and got all the way to the part where the Hunters get introduced. After that cut scene, muthafukka chopped off my head.
Threw the dam controller and never played again until I got a memory card.
You spoiled fukks nowadays.
Seriously. Can't believe "hardcore" mode is an option. Fighting for your dear life hoping there's an ink ribbon somewhere so you can save the game is a staple in RE.
