LMFAO........return home for Christmas..........that mufukka could barely read and he is the face of police there?!? Damn.......
its amazing how low the bar is to run for sheriff. this is the sheriff of Rogers county, Oklahoma (i live near the tulsa/rogers county line). Scott Walton

i dont think he knows how to read. this is probably the most 'intellectual' ive seen him. i hate this musty old demon. he looks like if buddha and Butterbean the boxer had a baby. dude thinks hes hank from breaking bad or something

he's notable for being the sheriff who re-hired Betty Shelby, the white tulsa police officer who murdered Terence Crutcher on 36th street

There is no wait time to file a missing person

There is zero wait time to file a missing persons report.

It could be 10 minutes if you decide you want to file a missing person report, you can do so. Police have to make a report. There is no wait time. No 1 hr no 8 hours, no 24 hours no 48 hours. Anytime.

This is needs to be common knowledge.
I always saw 24-48hrs wait time. When parents of a loved ones who went missing and ended up dead on the news they always mention they went to file a missing person's report but police said they had to wait that time period because the person might have went to blow off some steam and would probably be back after.

He’s definitely going to have an obstruction charge and have to pay some restitution the minute he steps back here.

That Sheriff is pleading for dude to come back home and be with his kids for the holidays knowing damn well he just wants him here to lock him up for wasting their time, manpower, and resources looking for him when they thought he was dead.

Yeah they don't play that shyt. The one chick who faked her kidnapping out Alabama couple years ago but was in Georgia partying with her friends felt the wrath of everyone involved in looking for her dumb ass. They made her pay almost $18,000 in restitution for wasting the polices time looking for her.

I remember that and yeah she was extremely stupid.

This dude actually had a good cover and probably could have rode off into the sunset with his side piece while abandoning his family if he kept his mouth shut.

The insurance companies definitely gonna get back any money they gave out. They are notorious for fighting people in giving out legit death claims. They look for every single loop hole they can to not make that payment. Greedy b*stards.

As bad as it sounds I guarantee you if somebody put up a GoFundMe for that family after this fiasco she'll get it back and more

Yeah I watched one Paramount Plus about missing folks (they have a series on it) and damn near everyone of them for adults was 48hrs

Considering how stories about white men dissatisfied with their home life usually ends…? Probably the best outcome for all parties involved. :hubie:

Just thinking about Susan Smith being denied parole. If she wanted to be with a man that didn't want kids she didn't have to do that she should've just bounced.
