I aint reading through this whole thread but...

ONE republican said this. He was immediately shunned by his party, lost funding, and is now begging for forgiveness. This guy is a fukking retard, no doubt, but to equate what he said to all republicans is equally retarded.

What's your point in posting this? It's true.

The point is that he said it to defend that other fool, as if that justifies not leaving a woman abort because you know, that kid you never wanted from that man who raped you might end up being a cool guy :stopitslime:

But rape isn't an automatic reason to abort is their point.

Of course not, but that's not really their point breh. Their point is that the slim (and it is slim, let's be real) chance that the baby may grow up to be an unusually successful or productive individual should overrule the woman's wish not to have a child as a result of the rape. The point is that the woman should be able to choose, and as anti-choicers, that is what they don't like.

The best part is the "one republican" bullshyt like half the party doesn't agree with it.

This seems to be Huck point.
And so I know it happens, and yet even from those horrible, horrible tragedies of rape, which are inexcusable and indefensible, life has come and sometimes, you know, those people are able to do extraordinary things.”

ONE republican can reveal what the entire party thinks on an issue. Where do you think he got it from?

Why are they trying to ban ALL abortion no matter what the circumstances are?

Republicans have a history of their policy reflecting one thing and their words reflecting another. They didn't denounce him cause he feels that way, they denounced him because he said it in public.

2 Republicans :heh:

Rep. Steve King: I’ve Never Heard Of A Girl Getting Pregnant From Statutory Rape Or Incest | TPM2012

King told an Iowa reporter he’s never heard of a child getting pregnant from statutory rape or incest.

“Well I just haven’t heard of that being a circumstance that’s been brought to me in any personal way,” King told KMEG-TV Monday, “and I’d be open to discussion about that subject matter.”

H.R. 3, the bill co-sponsored by King, Akin and Paul Ryan :ooh: in 2011, originally called for an exemption in the federal ban on abortion funding only in the case of “forcible rape.”

2 out of 3 aint bad :obama:
