No, he's not right. He is intentionally lying about how they got those migrants to go along with their scheme.
For someone who uses so many bad faith arguments I figured you would at least have some skill to notice when others do it too.
Most of the migrants (if not all) say they plan on heading to Florida either way .
Many of them say they are headed to Florida cities including Miami, Garcia said, where they have friends or family.
