The main person in question at the moment is Dimitri Herard. He is the person in charge of Moise's security detail. He is nowhere to be found currently.

As I stated earlier in this thread Dimitri used to be involved in the firearm business a couple of years back.

I am starting to think not all of them were in on it. You don't need 26 mercenaries to kill him. You need that many to control the perimeter. Now you need 5 or 6 to potentially go in there and kill him. Those were the ones that were most likely aware of the whole pan and likely left the country. At the end of the day they are mercs.
