LaMelo is not even close to being "lights out" fron deep.

He's a volume shooter but with time ..he might be deadly

LaMelo ain't lights out A better shooter for sure but seeing how poorly Lonzo's shot has translated to the leauge when he was a 40% shooter up until then has me cooling on that aspect of Lamelo's game. LiAngelo was the most consistent shooter of the three of them.

despite all the bs touted on here, Lonzo will be a great player as well. Same with lamelo. Gelo has a chance to be a jared dudley spot up type shooter....

Going back to lonzo, even magic knew shooting would be problematic entering this season. And he's not worried.
But like magic predicted, zo will be fine as long as he's committed to excelling in other areas, like getting blocks, rebounds and assists....
For example randle and ingram were looked as busts or mediore players until this season. Now both are showing flashes of living up to their potential.

Ricky rubio has been a jumpshot away his whole career and he's still in the league, so Zo will be fine....

I make fun of him a lot but Lonzo will be a multiple time all star. He will always be overrated and never live up to the hype but he's still going to be a really good player.

LaMelo at a glance looks awful, unathletic shot chucker, but he looks to be just as dynamic a passer as Lonzo if you watch actual games. Hes very creative as a passer, if he can prove to be an efficient jumpshooter and not just a volume scorer he should turn out well.
