I'm interested to know why Holmgren failed in CLE. Can my Cleveland brehs tell me what went wrong?

Wasnt improving fast enough i guess. Plus there were questionable moves. Then again im an outsider looking in let me let the CLE folks answer with more accuracy

I initially read that he didn't want McCoy.

It was Peter King playing captain save em for McCoy who he was riding for that changed the story.

I don't see how Holmgrem failed in Cleveland when he was handed a failed organization.
