Yeah that's what I was going for.
XFL/Minor League football business model isn't sustainable.
Just a money pit. Everything cost way too much, because NFL instilled a premium price on a lot of things on what a football organization needs for a product to function. They have to be able to burn through 100 million to 300 million in assets in a single season.
When you start an organization with no viewerbase. TV deals are worthless.

I think you could do it but it would have to be someone willing to take a loss for at least the first 5 years or so.

anyone who thinks the XFL 2.0 was a failure, clearly doesnt follow football.
No sane business man would... You only gonna get these carny businessmen wanna make a profit on day one. NFL doing a minor league is the only way it gets done.
