A better option that is gonna make companies more competitive will be allowing people to work from home for a set amount of hours a week. Or you work from home 1-2 days a week.

Tech workers say they have experienced more harassment based on gender, age and race or ethnicity while working remotely during the pandemic, according to a survey from a nonprofit group that advocates for diversity in Silicon Valley.

A good compromise is going into the office twice every other week or something.

If my paper work and business was handled quicker with everyone in office. That's how it needs to be unless yall figure out how to continue to work as efficiently remotely as in office, cuz obviously, there has been a decrease in work efficiency to sacrifice the comfort of individuals
