I always said that Marvel insults their viewers low key by conditioning them not to strive to be better. Dumbing down their dialogue and storylines to make the most $ is what they bank on.

I've never seen people stan and go crazy over such bland mediocrity before. Its fukking bizzare.

Marvel is like what Eminem stans used to be. Buy anything with his imprint and disregard the quality.

DC still gets called out on Batman and Robin back in 97, but Marvel can release Thor series and Ironman 2 and 3 but no one talks about it because it's Marvel.

they don't cross the line into full blown camp though. iron man and winter soldier are both fun movies that manage to tell a greater story underneath what's happening on the surface. they're wholesome entertainment for people of all ages.
