So you're saying that PARENTS should have the ability to decide whether their children should work or get schooling :stopitslime:

Did you also ignore what I said about the futility of training a labor force without skills :aicmon:

Trade schools are available that teach coding and many of the technical skills needed today. Also the number of professions becoming obsolete is GREATLY exaggerated... but it is happening.

:whoa:Keep in mind, im not saying its a perfect solution, just better than the gang bang shyt we got going on now. If you could put the teenagers in Chicago to work, you are telling me that wouldnt be favorable to what they have now? :what:
If so, then we are just looking at two different pictures.:manny:

Are you willing to subsidize that education at trade schools with tax dollars as an alternative to public education:usure:

Also, I disagree in regard to the low level jobs thing... It might not be now but 50 years from now that shyt will be gone.

Are you trying to say that getting teens and preteens (you said middle school) to work jobs is more effective of a crime deterrant than school? If so, I'm going to need evidence for that claim, tbh :usure:

1-No. :birdman: Take out a private loan, or take your ass to public school, and get your learn on. remember they are not in school cause they chose to be. If they dont want to do shyt with their life, and their parents are cool with it. The need to fall as hard as possible IMHO :manny: or rot in prison... cold huh? :russ:

2-:ehh: I dont feel like looking up the information on this, but i dont see plumbers, mechanics, carpenters, or electricians becoming obsolete in 50-60yrs :manny: I could be wrong.

3- Yes. Use your noggin here, how wouldnt it be? Standing on the corner vs being at work :skip: meeting up with the homies at school, selling drugs to other students vs attending company meeting, figuring out a sales plan :skip: You cant really need evidence to see this right? :dahell:

1. You're a bit of a mean person aren't you :wow::whew: i didn't know the Cato institute was cooking up sociopaths like you in labs :wow:
2. Depends. Mass 3D printing really fukks up the outlook of a lot of people like carpenters, etc. Would probably be better off learning AutoCAD shyt.

We should go back to those industrial revolution days.

Higher education ? :
We off that :scusthov:

Losing limbs ? Poor Pay ? Feeding the "Free market" ?
 We on that
didnt take long at all for the kids and the cliche appeal to emotion to come out :heh:

Look, I just think the option should be there on a completely voluntary basis. :manny:

... and i havent heard an argument as to why it shouldnt be an option... just hyperboles(which im a fan of).

Just throwing this out there...but if I'm not mistaken

Don't some states, if not on the federal level, by law allow students at a certain age to drop out of school altogether?
