I lost more than a few pounds. 23 pounds to be exact. Cooking from home and eating more greens and drinking a lot more water made me feel more relaxed over the last 3 to 4 months.

Thats why WFM gotta be the norm: it gives humanity back to the workers.

i didn't have covid-19 but i gained covid-19. :flabbynsick:

been way less active, way more drinking/bad food, way less discipline. all this lockdown shyt got me into bad habits and just drained the motivation out of me too. i'm not usually like that...but, unusual circumstances i guess.

but i'm back on a program and i'll be good in little bit. i'm already feeling better. and once i start seeing the gains and getting closer to my former self...:ahh:

Haven't really changed but that's normal for me. I've hovered around 160-165 for years now. I've never been able to gain weight like most people. If I didn't go hard in the gym for a few years I'd still be around 150.

I’m fasting for 12 hours of the day outside of coffee so I’ve kept weight in control working remotely

I gained 10 pounds from March - May last year. Wasn’t working out as intensely, and I was playing basketball on the regular before Covid hit

After Ramadan, started doing more long distance runs outdoors.

Dropped a good amount weight in the summer/fall. Went to the pool a bit too.

Winter been tougher. But my food intake isn’t high. I’ll eat out once or twice a week though.
This is me

I gained 10 lbs but I started running again in January after I got some cold gear. Normally when it gets cold I run indoors (treadmill) at the gym or swim but that's been almost impossible with the Rona.

I'll be back to 180 by like May but man...it's been way more effort than usual now that my routines of going to work and then hitting the gym has been altered

Motherfukkers that gained 40 though....WTF were these people doing??? :damn:

I highly recommend everyone cop a stationary bike for the crib. It’s life changing and worth the investment.

Through out the year I've probably fluctuated up and down 5-10. Beginning of the pandemic we were much more diligent about eating at home but by mid to late summer last year we were abusing the carry-out and delivery options available.

Oddly during the pandemic, I've eaten less from a portion and number of meals standpoint. It kinda instinctively kicked in how the vast majority of my eating was eating just to eat or because I was tempted to eat based on visual or aromatic cues.

I've been less and less active the last 5 years anyway but I'm a serial pacer, so if i'm on a conference call (no video) or working on an idea, chances are i'm pacing around my home office/basement mumbling to myself. I have been trying to do more body weight exercises this year ( very inconsistent ) and test out some resistance band exercises but I haven't taken advantage of this time like I should have physically.
