My argument wasn't even about the features (which is yet another fukking knock on these inflated figures) and why are you so defensive? I've brought this point up to everyone who keeps talking about Taylor swift, beyonce, rihanna, drake,etc having more "charting" songs than people like Michael, Whitney, Janet, Mariah...fukking streams are "charting" songs that aren't even formally released. In the past artists were only able to chart songs released to radio, that's how these cats are racking up all these "accomplishments"...pre stream life artists didn't get that convenience.

Yeah, it's tough because streaming allows a song like Bad and Boujee to hit number 1 but it also has devalued the actual impact of what a chart appearance means because entire albums will appear just because of initial week hype as opposed to genuine interest.
