It used to have the brown spots on it tooThe way that cheese used to stretch even on the reheat.....Pizza Hut was always my favorite in the 80s-90s. I hadn't been nowhere yet so it was the best by default
Now that it still does have the brown spotsIt used to have the brown spots on it too
Nah cause chicken nuggets from McDonald’s still taste the same as they didI'm not sure if it was that good or if I was that young and didn't care
I guess that's how heroin be, cause sometimes I be eating something to recreate the magic from the glory days and it doesn't hitBack in the day, food in general tasted much better.
That’s exactly what it is.
Looks the exact same
What would you say is the best pizza spot to you now?
I know a couple people who tried to get into franchises and said the same thing. All the ingredients are frozen, pre cut, canned, dried, etc etc that's why it all tastes so different. I heard they don't even want knifes around because god forbid your knucklehead employees get into a fight and someone grabs a knife. So you can't even chop fresh onions or tomatoes. I don't know how true this is but I believe it. They also don't hire anyone with experience in cooking, anyone is eligible.Nope.
I've said this several times before, I was dating a girl working at Pizza Hut in the mid to late 90's....they went from everything fresh (cutting the vegetables, etc.) to frozen and canned.
So it's not nostalgia. They changed their whole shyt up in the late 90's, which is why they fell off.
Sarpinos by a wide margin.
Fred.
Now sizzlers used to be the shytI remember begging my parents for the meat lovers pizza for what seemed like years
They always said no but finally gave in and that shyt changed my life. Going to Pizza Hut was an experience. Only shyt on par was going to a buffet like Sizzler

My older brother used to work fast food in the early 90s and the owner had him go to the supermarket every morning to pick up ingredients.
