Lost was a great show but I feel like they just decided on that ending over lunch during the season 5 break. So many unanswered questions.

Lost was more of an event than a show anyway, It got me through college. I remember having a 8 hours of class in 4th year on a wenesday or thursday and I would be happy because Lost was coming on.

Man I remember monday nights really debating to watch heroes or 24 (which was my favorite show at that time). Heroes won. I don't understand how they messed it up especially since that future episode set it up perfectly.

One thing about Lost that I didn't like at ALL was that the Black characters on that show got the shaft something serious. Walt was set up to be a major part of the shows mythology, they gave him these mysterious powers and NEVER answered any questions about what made him "special". More importantly, the character of Michael, who sacrificed his own soul for his son, was left with NO redemption in the end. He died trying to repent for his murders and this was never addressed nor was Walt ever told (Locke actually lied to him and made him think he was still alive). Leaving the storyline as another black father who abandons his child. With One of the shows main themes being the importance of Parent-Child understanding and reconciliation I felt this was a severe omission and disappointing plot hole.

They both fell the fukk off dramatically. Both shows cost me hours of my life I'll never get back. But I learned never to stick with a show when it's going downhill, cause shyt ain't likely to get better. Quit on Weeds and countless others and never looked back

Heroes had enuff decency to suck halfway through its run giving the audience time to bail. Lost blue balled us for nearly a decade. Its like comparing cow shyt to horse shyt. I did the math, I wasted weeks watching Lost. I could have learned a new fukking language, simped some hoe a little longer, take the cpr class, etc.

It was a wrap after the Writer's Guild Strike..

The Writer's Guild Strike killed some good ass shows...I'm still bitter over Pushing Daisies. That show had enormous potential. The strike deaded Eli Stone and Life too, which were both pretty good shows.

Except that lost started off great...then lost some steam...got great again after the WE HAVE TO GO BACK!....sucked for a while...got better again towards the end, then ended with a fukkin whimper. Just when you were ready to bail it started to get good again. When Heroes got bad, it just stayed bad.
