Doesn't mean people should stop using these services. They were new and our there before strong regulations existed. So going forward we should see shyt like this and table legislation that is in place ada contingency to stop data transfer without consent in the future. Everything isn't a finesse. This was the wild West when they first started. Now the industry is getting more streamlined and so should the regulations.
