I used to rank this higher than Spectacular Spider-Man but I recently purchased the complete series on DVD and I have to rank it higher than the 90s show. It's still a good show but definitely hasn't aged well compared to Batman The Animated Series and to a lesser extent X-Men. One of the things I loved was that they made Peter a grown ass man instead of a high school student. I always enjoyed Spider-Man comics when he was in college than as a teen.
