Yeah, I forgot all about that. In the Wing-T offense, the Fullback is the featured RB instead of the Tailback.


Do youth teams still run the Wing-T offense nowadays? IMO, they'd be better off running Wildcat & direct snapping to the RB. A mobile QB would be even better.

IDK, probably not many. Funny thing was we'd eventually scrape it mid way through the year and run the Power I and we'd suddenly become a good offense. All of the plays to the fast kids took way too long to develop in the wing t.

I miss football though :sadcam:

Remember how rare a pass was in youth football back in the day:mjlol: I remember through Pop Warner an Middle school that the teams I played on and against must have thrown like 15 passes total. You had running backs getting 99 carries and shyt:deadrose: Receivers in the huddle like:beli:

If you were a running back, then you were THE MAN. These lil receivers eating good now.
I remember we would run in a new receiver every play. Their only was to relay what the play was.
