The arcade at the mall. :blessed:

I miss arcades, malls and video stores. Tech killed all three.
Hell yeah, get excited as hell when you hear we going to the mall :gladbron: Me and my brothers would scrounge up our dough. Have to convince ma to take us over by the food court where the arcade was, even tho we there for school/church clothes. Hours felt like minutes in that motherfukker tho, even after money long gone :pachaha:

The I in Team
I am :flabbynsick: I remember The 1st Street Fighter when you had pads that you hit. The harder you hit the harder Ryu laid out the beats.

When SF2 dropped..:merchant: shyt was a game changer for real. :dwillhuh:

nikkas I would practice at a bowling alley arcade on SF2 spending all of my little money before going to the mall arcade. It was that serious in there.

Get in line behind brehs...Then line your quarters on the cabinet to signify that you had next. shyt was no joke. Mad heads up In there just watching :lupe:

nikkas getting heated cause I’m cheesing with Guile. Flash kicking brehs to sleep.

I say that shyt all the time that SF2 changed everything. Championship edition really blew the door off the hinges. I mean being the nicest nikka around on that game was Godly. No different than being the nicest nikka on the basketball court. It was instant respect and as a result we took that shyt seriously. Had to work your way up before you went at it with the big boys. Nicest nikkas on street fighter could pull triple and quadruple combos, even tho the game didn’t allow it. shyt was crazy.

:ooh: accidentally discovering that 2 playerz can combine their attackz in the simpsonz arcade game!

:ooh: the hologram room stage for x-man: cota!

:ooh: using iceman to wash the ENTIRE game!

:ooh: observing a arcade attendant use the "free play" code on killer instinct, then Me using that same code to play for free EVERYTIME I went there!

Heres a fun fact, the Neo Geo arcade boards and consoles ran on the same hardware. This is why Neo Geo boards always had four games installed. You could also go into the dip switches and switch from console to arcade mode and back. This is both the home consoles and arcade boards. This is also why games ran you up to bout 200 each

I gotta console with about 25 games. I’m about to start selling all of it on eBay lol

Crazy John's (up top) in downtown Baltimore in the 90s-early 00s...the Wild West, but so much fun. Some of the best times of my life:wow:
