it goes deeper than that. You had a lot of top guys that didn't even get drafted. Paris Mcurdy from Ball State, James Forrest from Georgia Tech, Anderson Hunt from UNLV, Donald Willaims from UNC, and those are just 4 off the top of my head. College Basketball in the 80s was mandatory in my house. The 90s I kept at it when my mother no longer watched.

My first real memory of UNC was being heartbroken after losing to Arizona in ‘97 when I was 9 years old. The next year is when I truly fell in love with UNC and even college basketball.
