One and done and expansion killed it. Hard to keep up with it have no idea who half these kids are unless you hardcore junkie as far as following high school

wouldn't you say the one-and-dones gave it a boost?

when those NBA drafts became filled with 12th graders & overhyped euros, the draft & college ball each lost their luster, IMO.

:yeshrug: The Big East is still entertaining to me. Our conference can’t get the one and dones so we see these good matchups for years.

Seton hall vs Villanova part 3 this year will be fun to watch

yea

the big east has that old school, traditional feel.

and great coverage from FOX/FS1.

Wake and GT used to be tough them cats aren't even on the radar in the ACC and Maryland being in the big ten is wack. I'd watch any Duke vs Maryland game from like 99 till 08 vs any top 10 matchup this season in CBB

theyre both making a comeback.

altho they prolly wont get far in this super-acc.

Donovan mcnabb in the cut clowning.

john Wallace should've left that year.

College hoops over the last 5-10 years has been great

yea

the one-n-done rule saved it.

but it will never be able to compete with the 70s-90s until they make a two-n-done rule.

90s college ball was so :banderas:

just look at the fast pace of the game :wow: players were so highly skilled and fundamental too

I never understood why the big ten & pac 10, didn't have conference tourneys.

it was criminal.

Big East in the 80s and 90s was religion...now not so much.

yall sleep on the new big east. I don't know what more they have to do. they stay waxing teams from other conferences and nova won the chip.

plus, the big east was weak in the early '90s

.
Love Cbb, don't know exactly when in the 90s I caught on to liking it

I'm more of a school rooting guy than an individual player, no matter the player or whoever on the court I'm still gonna root for Duke

Oh and March Madness from EA > 2k
Because of the super sim function

that super-sim feature was greatness.

but it aint messin with 2K.

stop it slime.:camby:

:pacspit:
That game, bill Walsh CFB and Techmo Bowl still get more play by me than the new shyt

stephon-marbury-of-the-georgia-tech-yellow-jackets-dribbles-against-picture-id676371536

Back when Tech basketball was the biggest thing in the city. Now these nikkas losing to Grambling smh

dead-ass

Marbury was nicer than Iverson in '96.

Some was. Some wasn't. Go and youtube some of these games. It's clear that there were more polished men playing in unique team systems that diversified the style of play. Opposed to now where things homogenized to a degree. But at the end it's gonna come down to preference.
