Its hard work.

Wait.

Day 1 - God created light and separated the light from the darkness, calling light "day" and darkness "night."
Day 2 - God created an expanse to separate the waters and called it "sky."
Day 3 - God created the dry ground and gathered the waters, calling the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters "seas." On day three, God also created vegetation (plants and trees).
Day 4 - God created the sun, moon, and the stars to give light to the earth and to govern and separate the day and the night. These would also serve as signs to mark seasons, days, and years.
Day 5 - God created every living creature of the seas and every winged bird, blessing them to multiply and fill the waters and the sky with life.
Day 6 - God created the animals to fill the earth. On day six, God also created man and woman (Adam and Eve) in his own image to commune with him. He blessed them and gave them every creature and the whole earth to rule over, care for, and cultivate.
Day 7 - God had finished his work of creation and so he rested on the seventh day, blessing it and making it holy.

Why not just do this all at once?

And why does he need to rest at the end? :mjpls:

Does god get tired? :pachaha:

Lets say the creation story is true.

Why does god take any amount of time to do what he could do instantly?

And how does god know 4 days had passed if there was no sun or moon until the "fourth" day?

:troll:

God would know its day or nite wouldnt he? since he knows everything....

:deadrose:

you must be very young right?

Answer the question.

Is it my job to defend the holes in logic for them? :childplease:

I'm not the one that believes it. They do.

It is our job to defend ourselves against someone who really just seeks to bait, and nothing more:mjpls:

He wanted to rest after all that hard work. If you look at the complexity of the cell and how every living organisms functions on a biological level you'd understand the hard work that has gone into created this world and the systems that govern it. You're not giving God enough credit. Scientists have been working collectively for a long time to understand something as simple as the cell. Thats a lot of work hours collectively. Something God did in one of his days. Lets give him his props and stop the hating. If he needs to take a rest let our God do that. Did your father not need a rest after he created you? Dont be so demonic, friend.
