(1) Religion has been under severe attack in the past few years...Atheist are pretty much becoming evangelical and trying to spread their religion to everybody by force...

For example, you can't have the 10 commandments in public buildings, you can't wear religious symbols in France, you can't pray at school and etc...

(2) In the words of the great Marlo Stanfield (The Wire) it comes down to people only wanting things to be "one way"...Here is an example...

No one wants to go to a restaurant or a job application and be told, "we don't want you here because of your skin colour," but at the same time some of these people think it is okay to state "I don't date this and that skin colour, and it is just my personal preference" on their POF profiles...

Humans are so funny...

1. Atheists are a tiny minority with no social power. Anyway, the 10 Commandments shouldn't be in public buildings. That's secularism 101, and we are a secular nation. It is unfair to anyone who isn't Jewish or Christian to have them up there, because it privileges those faiths at the expense of all the other ones.

2. I don't understand where you're going with this point. Can you elaborate?
