Snatching a 5* from Baton Rouge whose brother plays for LSU is wild. Gonna be a fun 8 months holding on to this commitment. We’ll take it, plus still go after Bralan Womack, the other 5* we lead for.

From Gleitman on Tuesday (I’m behind - pause)

  • Much better day for Julian Sayin. Told he was the best QB on Tuesday and had a "bounce back day" from Saturday. Everyone can breathe a little (hear that Athlon Sports :ROFLMAO:smile:
  • That said, also was told Lincoln Kienholz was "very consistent" once again. Someone said he "has a ton of confidence out there". Seems like he's having a really strong spring.
  • Another good day for Bo Jackson. Told from a great source "he's absolutely going to play for us this year"
  • I'm told Quincy Porter is starting to make a move as he now gets his feet under him in spring ball. Have heard good things about Mylan Graham this spring too, so the depth looks like it's going to be strong again this season at receiver.
  • Max Klare is the real deal. That is all. Blocking and receiving. The tight end room overall is looking to be a great strength this season after maybe being a question mark last year at this point.
  • CJ Hicks continues to be someone talked about as having a strong spring. Seems the move to end is really working well. Pass rush for sure he's there, it's going to be about how well he can stop the run.
  • People have talked about Sonny Styles and Arvell Reese, but Payton Pierce is having a nice spring too. Heard he had a solid day on Tuesday.
  • The rave reviews continue for Matt Patricia. Players really taking to him and enjoy the way he's teaching them the game. Everyone seems "in synch" right now on that side of the ball--staff and players.
