Strongest man ever getting clapped up with one fukking hand

To be fair that was Larry Allen rookie season.

Reggie White was probably taking out his anger out on the rookie because Eric Williams was kicking his ass all game. :sas2:

Saw a crazy stat about him yesterday or the day before....

Over a 16 game span he had 31 sacks :damn:

Can't even do that in video games

I got 52 sacks in a season with Reggie the first time I finished a season in Super Tecmo Bowl on the NES.

:manny:

I also had 26 rushing TDs with Keith Byars. I don't think he even scored 26 total TD in his entire NFL career.

The reason they don't talk about Reggie is because he was a very conservative guy off the field. He was very religious, an ordained minister and reserved.

He also had some controversial takes he made when he retired so the liberal media tried to cancel him and which is why they like to pretend he doesn't exist even today. He also wasn't super flashy like Deion or playing coked out like LT.

From the late 80's and early 90's, there was no defensive player better than White and that was arguably the golden age of defensive players.

Reggie White had 124 sacks in 121 games in Philly. And his game was far more than sacks. He was pretty much unstoppable.

Yep folks. "The liberal media" cancelled Reggie White. Sure thing Mr. Limbaugh.

:comeon:

Reggie White was one of the most beloved NFL athletes ever and is an untouchable icon status in two cities. He said some stupid shyt about homosexuals and made some ignorant racial stereotypes giving backhanded praises to different ethnic groups once. Those are hardly the prevailing memories of Reggie White. He didn't even believe half the religious shyt he preached most of his career when he died. "Liberals" didn't cancel him. He's not talked about as much because he retired nearly a quarter century ago.

Randall Cunningham is an ordained minister too, on the same team and era as Reggie as well. I guess the liberal media cancelled him too since his name and accomplishments aren't brought up as much either.

Dude there are still articles online from the mid-2000's calling for Reggie's head. These still exist on the internet. Comparing him to Cunningham is ridiculous and a non-sequitir. No one says Cunningham is a top 5 offensive player of all time.

Today on the RedZone Channel, they were highlighting TJ Watt because he passed his brother JJ for the 2nd most sacks in his first 100 games.

I think at the time of the game TJ Watt had 88.0 sacks.

In 1st place was Reggie White. Who had 105 sacks in his first 100 games.

I'm pretty sure everyone else on that list was a DE.

Can people today imagine how dominant Reggie White was to get all those sacks as a DT?

:damn:

Think of Donald’s most dominant years, and that was Reggie all the time, they did move him around though (de/Dt)

People just don't understand.

If Lawrence Taylor isn't the greatest NFL player ever, it has to be Reggie White.

The people who say Tom Brady are just goofy.

Sorry… Reggie White was not the chess piece impact player that Lawrence Taylor was. You can put LT in coverage. You can put him on the line of scrimmage on the line of scrimmage and hes just as dominant as Reggie. You can put him at middle linebacker if you chose to. He’s the do more player.

Both incredible players (I think LT 1 & Reggie 2 all time for defensive players) and also came VERY CLOSE to being on the same team when Reggie first came to the NFL
That would've been the most terrifying defensive duo we've ever seen.
Guess it was just too good to be true :francis:

Reggie White was a LE, he was not a DT.

Reggie could cause disruption from in the middle or edge you want to make a qb uncomfortable start collapsing that pocket from the inside, but i understand LT was versatile af
