Just finished listening… I don’t like this at all and it should’ve nvr had that sequel label. Most sequels are a disappointment besides Cuban linx 2.

Sermon should’ve been the one producing this and it should’ve been a continuation of the first. Muddy waters 1 had the best beats…. Purely classic 5 mic album this is barely 1.5 mics…

There are 12 absolutely great tracks here and 7 pretty dope tracks on first listen.

The album art is perfection.

Honestly, I'm thankful he created it.

Rappers create their own worlds and movies with their albums.

The skits are great too.

In the fat girl track - it sounds like a street scene and him acting like a fiend if indeed that's what he means by wanting to buy "down" which is slang for fent.

If that's true how he created the skit and he is referring to fent than that's dope. Obviously he doesn't do it. But that Philly fentanyl scene is a reality as I'm sure it is in Jersey.

Very refreshing album.

Red sounds great but the beats aren't grimy enough.

This here.

It's a cool album. Definitely his best in a million years, but the production is what kept this from being really dope. Erick had one damn beat on it, and it's the best one on the album, and the one that Red sounds the most at-home on. E should've done way more on this. The artwork is perfect for a sequel, and Reggie sounds sharp lyrically again, so I'm with it.

Need to sit with it and listen some more, but it's a good album. He sounds like he did in '98, on this one.
